Coming from Leonardo da Vinci airport you can take the Leonardo Express going to Termini Station. This small train runs all the day from 6.37a.m to 11.37 pm. We are 5 minutes walking from Termini Station where every bus coming from the centre town stops, and very close to the subway A line (Vittorio Emanuele/Termini), and B line (Cavour)too. From Termini central station turn left into Via Gioberti, left towards Piazza di Santa Maria Maggiore, left into in Via Merulana and left towards Largo di Sant'Alfonso.
